hi just purchased an ex military ser2 swb is there much differance between a military + a civvie version as in differant parts used is there any problems getting parts are body panels the same etc ive never owned a military version before should have asked these questions before buying i know...

not sure what series you have theres one on ebay at present for a series 2 when i last looked is was around £250

?britpart are the the better quality ones in my opinion there about same price as craddocks £95/100 per pair

i have owned both pet/diesel landies a good diesel is great good mpg reliable a bad one is a nightmare you always paying out also not suited for everyday use where as a petrol one is much better for daily use i use mine more than my car

hi thinking of fitting an overdrive to my ser/2 firstly is worth fitting does it cut down fuel costs /engine wear as i dont use much on motorways secondly how hard is it to fit taking my mechanical skills are limited okay with spray gun which is not much use in this instance cheers

having owned my ser 2a for a few years now its not the vehicle for every day use its cold noisy over 50mph brakes are another matter fine at low speed emergency stop forget it other than these little problems i would recommend to anyone
