Where is my Dim Dip relay ?

When on normal beam, lights don't come on, only when I flash the stalk the high beam comes on but not when I push the switch forward. The fog light works correctly, comes on when normal beam switch is on and does not go off when I flash the high beam on stalk. Could it be the fog relay ?

Battery gauge - is it needed?

Mines a 1991 CSW and is standard, but I guess it may have been an optional extra.
