If i was u id use a prosess of elimination. i take it u dont really know wat the problem is? First id try and put diesel upto the lift pump! get a clean fuel can and half fill it with clean diesel. get a short length of rubber hose fit it on the lift pump and drop it in the can! try starting...

Get a bigger trailer and dont put any in the disco. just my 2p worth

If there really tight hit them with a hammer it seams to free up the thread! if its a bolt hit it square on it head. if its a nut get a large punch and tap the flat faces! failing that try heat?

Looks ok 2 me! only thing i can see is that the one fitted to the disco is diffrernt to the one hes selling! look at the ends of it. its welded different. he's probably bought the one on the disco and copyed it. Also i think it could be cheaper than others as its painted and not powder...

That looks **** the drivers side is an inch or two higher than the passanger side i could make a better one myself!

Na nothing in RAVE but it could be that the 1 i downloaded didnt download right. i have just as much problems with my computer as i do my disco!

mine did the same not so long bk! but on mine the pedal didnt feel right it felt like it wasnt coming up all the way, so i changed the master and slave. problem solved pig to bleed mind! i also removed the "clutch damper" the stupid round thing next to the slave that doesnt do FA.

Ive changed the switch for a second hand one from a brakers just up the road from me. Cost me £11.75 it came from an early model TD5 but it fitted and was in good condition feels nice and tight and gives a nice click! Ive found something like 13 relays in total! Most of em yellow so not...

Is the dim/dip a yellow one in the P/S footwell?

Thanx guys! All the earths are in good nick! sorted the side lights and radio problem, there was a short in the loom passangers foot well! :eek: still got no headlights tho! :mad: could the short have killed a relay some where?

It called the rear body crosmember not to be mixed up with the rear floor crosmember! the body crosmember £140 ish the floor crosmember £25 ish there on fleabay (cheap) or paddocks (bit more)! i need to do mine got MOT in 2 or 3 weeks time :eek: im gonna make my own body mounts...
