I have a 1972 Series 3 SWB and its great. I have had her for over a year now and love her to bits! And to be honest she has not fallen to bits yet....... I think I have been lucky as I have documentation for the past 18 years. And the garage I go to has been servicing it since day one.

mine did that I had to whack the solenoid (bit of 2x4 , or what ever at hand) then it started fine. Had it replaced, jobs a good un!

I have final fitted by new seats in my series 3. I got them from Sam's Trims (SAMS TRIM unit 4 ,Priory Road, Centrick park, Aston Bham B6 7LG). I picked them up in person, and they also sorted me out with the metal work I needed (the seats I had where on home made runners). I am really chuffed...

So here is the pic of the fitted mat, I am happy with it. I took my carpet out and the rubber down. Not bad for a quarter of the price of most mats. Its nice and thick (again better than the britpart) and looks great. The other side is a rough dotted style, but I like the grooves.
