Cheers discool, any ideas where i can pick one up from quickly or is a stealers item?

Just wondered if anyone could tell me where location is of the relay. I've still got no indicators at all. They work when locking the car and that's it. There is no hazards, ticking noise etc, so i'm thinking it's possibly the relay. Cheers.

Hi guys, just went to use the landy and there was no indicators but there was hazards, checked fuse and it was blown, so changed it. Then went out, and when put indicator on to turn right the triler light was also flashing, then it started going really dim. The rear right then stopped working...

Hi Jmaesmartin, i was thinking that myself but only had one fitted about a onth ago. :( It does seem to be running down side of engine and behind lift pump etc and dripping in various places, that's why i thought it was diesel. Is there anything else around that area it could be? Thanks.

Hi guys, i've got a disco 300 tdi. I thought i had a suspected diesel leak, but i think it is actuall an oil leak now, coming from top of the engine underneath the engine cover. It looks like it may be coming from either one of the pipes at he top back of the engine or those 2 wires on top of...

I've just noticed a patch under the disco 300 tdi. Had a look underneath and it smells like diesel, only noticed it dripping from around the sump. Tried looking as to where it's coming from, but can't see anything noticeable. Is there any common faults or such that this could be? All answers...

Hi guys, i've put £30 in my disco 300 tdi when the fuel light came on, but gauge has only just risen to above red, any idea's what is wrong the gauge. Thanks.

Hi guys, just a quick update. Took pipes off as suggested from intercooler to turbo, etc. Found a split on a bottom intercooler hose. So, ordered replacements off ebay for £20, fitted today and problem solved. Turbo quiet again and the power is back to normal. Thanks guys.:D

I think i may have to get it to a garage then, once ive got the exhaust fitted.:doh:

Umm, yes a littile. As i say, it's more of a lloud whistle, i think it may be a pipe that has split. But not sure what to check. Not very good at mechanics, lol.

Yes mate, that's correct. Will it sound well, i've read a few things on here that after fitting the solid front pipe and straight through middle pipe, they sound really loud and have had to refit middle silencer.

I gather from what i've read that it's better to buy a de cat pipe, so do i buy a straight through middle or stick with the middle silencer and...

Just a quick update guys; I tried the options mentioned above but i can't seem to get any pressure in the lever to prime the fuel pump, i've tried turning engine and then trying again but still no pressure. Also checked for any leaks around leak off pipes but still going to replace them anyway...

I can replace the pipes, but what are banjos? How do i prime the lift pump. I forgot to mention that the revs on idle when i start it up are at about 600 then they raise to about 750 after a few minutes, does this need adjusting, if so, how do i do it? Thnaks for the replies.

Hi guys, can anyone tell me what oil i will need for 300 TDI and how many litres? Also the headlight washers don't work on the same vehicle,is there any common faults to look for? Thanks for your help.:)
