Just replaced my head gasket, starts fine but lumpy acceleration and a bit smokey(blue). Could this be air in fuel? have slackened off fuel return pipe and pumped lever, + bleed screw on filter head. Any ideas much appreciated.

The syncro has gone on the second gear I think of my 90 200tdi and while I have got used to the adapted gear change up and down into it, would be nice to not have to do it. Is this a replacement gearbox(reconditioned) or can this be fixed at a fraction of the price that I'm getting quoted for...

Been putting it off for a while but had enough of the 2nd gear trouble so want to have a reconditioned box fitted with clutch obviously at same time. I know ashcrofts are £1250 or around that mark, is there anywhere cheaper in the kent area? 200tdi

I have an electrical problem which I think may me relay related. I have woken up a couple of mornings now to my sidelights being on. I can now only turn them off by disconecting battery. Has anybody else had this problem and is it a light switch issue or relay?
