heya, I've got a few questions on how to get noise down and mpg's up. I'm driving a 109 1963, 200tdi with od. but over 50mph the noise is olmost unbearable (earmuff needed). 250miles on a 70 ltr tank is not a very econimic drive. the od squeels, and presumeably the gearbox is making the noise...

Hi, Just got rear springs fitted on me 2A stw. Clearance between block and top axle 3 cm, spring is flat. Replaced, all bushes, kept to the manual. looks like a lowrider. :confused: any one for help, tips,? springs: Left side: 272968 8 leafs, right side 272967 8 leafs.

hi there all , thanks to all members and threads, i finally managed to strat and drive my 1693 2A. All mjor problems solved but 1. exxecive smoke from exhoust. all, new gaskets, no watter in diesel, no air in pipes, not seen if the head was broken. Might wanna change to 200tdi. any suggestions?
