    Hi, just fitted my kit but the bolts on the maifold end of the EGR are stuck solid so to avoid drilling and tapping new threads fitted the blank plate between the heat exchanger and pipe with a couple of long bolts.Can anyone see a problem do this? or am i going to have to get my drill out

    it's the front seat thats gone, part of a diet to try and keep the weight down, it's right on the 3.5 ton limit. The trouble is i've got about 8 A4 level files filled with network diagrams, safty documents and risk assesments ( well at least i've got the paper if i get a loo fitted !! )
