I’m on with this. It doesn’t answer your question. But I too was struggling with options.

Because I’m tight. I butchered the front hubs of an old 90. The rear discs and callipers of a disco 1. Made a bracket for the caliper.

Started making a few of these. As I couldn’t find one. Eagle eyed viewers may also notice the hack job on the wing. I may also have got some foolishly big tyres. Good job I’m not precious about things . Might be an ok truck when it’s done.

I will be coming south from inverness in a couple of weeks as far as preston. with the cost of fuel i might be interested in dropping a few things here and there.

What about getting a m57 and bmw box as a pair, remote mount transfer box.

Is it the back plates you need? I converted mine to discs. I might have chucked them but I’ll have a look in the shed tomorrow.

It's the original 3.5. Though I've just had a cage fitted and by pure luck and coincidence the company who installed it used to race a v8 and happened to have the parts required. so i hope to get those later this week and have them fitted in the not too distant future. Tanks for the help though...
