    hi to all, i need some help and the local and main dealer can't help me!!! i've just changed my fuel pressure regulator and where the pipe fits into the fuel rail there's a small grey plastic spacer/seal and an 'o' ring... i've snapped the plastic seal and the 'o' ring looks well past it's use...

    can someone tell me if my discovery (year and model in title) has a 'limp mode' that if the ecu detects a problem (from one of the sensors, etc.) it will cut the revs to 1550rpm... i'm on other sites asking about my problem and i'm getting more than one person tell me that the ecu on my disco...

    i've heard that an alternative to the plastic airbox found on discoverys, you can fit the round metal ones from either a range rover classic or an early/200 discovery... the plastic airbox fitted to my lpg fitted 95 3.9 v8 discovery has a rather large crack in it from a lpg related blow back...

    lpg/fuse problem

    sorted now... turned out to be a wire that links both tank fuel cut off solenoids shorting out she's purring away now... on lpg, just got to change the cats and fingers crossed she'll run right on petrol too!!!
