could a worn linkage between gear lever cause difficult gear change? ending up with a gear stick that moves through the gears but the car stays locked in possibly 3rd 4th or 5th when in neutral position when you let the clutch pedal up?

I will try fitting again, one thing a guy from landrover supplies reckons i should have a switch number XKB000010 but it was superseded by XKB500120 with wiring plug adaptor ymQ503280 Have you ever heard of this?

I do not have prop fitted at the moment could I fit 2 Yokahama A/T tyres to the front I aim to have prop back on in march this year so if I then put front tyres on the rear as they will have a little wear on them and put 2 new on the front would that work?? so I can spread cost of the tyres.

Thankyou for this I did wonder about the injector clips so that solves that problem, but I did have trouble also with the engine oil filter it would not push into the upper housing I had to put it into the the engine part of the housing then screw upper housing down on to it.
