    My problem with the three amigos is that they only come on on ignition when the oil can lamp indicator doesn't light up. And they immediately go away when I restart the engine? Its driving me up the wall this one as I have replaced the brake light switch already, and the brake lights do work.

    Because the brake lights aren't coming on you should replace the brake light switch is located on the brake pedal, that should also sort out the hill decent and traction lights coming on also.

    Clutch bleed valve leak

    I have a problem with my clutch, the bleed valve is leaking from the slave cylinder. It's a TD4 so the slave is inside the gearbox. Now I don't really want to be going replacing the whole slave cylinder if it can be avoided. Is there anyway to replace just the bleed valve itself? It's leaking...

    Make sure there is enough fluid in the master cylinder reservoir. There's either a leak in the slave or the master is on is way out. The master is easy to replace but the slave means a garage job unless you want to remove the gearbox yourself. Assuming that its not one unit: A simple test it...
