    Yea, thats the mods I got. I got 225/70/16 Insa Turbo Rangers AT but I should of hanged fire until the lift was on and got the 235/70/16s. The 225s still look ok though and do a cracking job.

    Protection against water

    Apart from the Distributor cap and air intake is there any where else in the Engine bay that I should protect from water. Everytime I go off road and go through a large puddle the engine starts to loose power. After about 10 mins and its dried out its fine again. Its the 1.8 petrol obviously!!

    What have you done to your Freelander today

    A set of 225/70/16 Insa Turbo Rangers. Been out tonight and had a play on the lanes and they seem great! Cleaned off the wheels in all the flooded roads! ;o)

    Just a quick question mate, have you a lift kit fitted? Are the tyres fitted to alloys or Modulor wheels? And do you get any rubbing on the arches??? Thanks mate. Stu

    Well Ive decided to just go for a set of 215/65/16 muds or 215/70/16 all terrains on Mods for just now. Was going to lift it and go for bigger tyres but for what Im using it for I think that will do. I will post some pics when Ive done it.

    Thanks, Im sure it is working, but I will ckeck! It was a Ford I got stuck in! I bottled it and slowed down and the Landy came to a halt! Wouldnt move after that! Had to wait for a passing Farmer to come past and pull me out!!!!!!
