am in two minds at the moment were to sell or keep the disco.. its a 1993 200 tdi, 190,000 miles, grey in colour. its had a fair bit of welding in the past by previous owners, sills, boot floor, and other bits and bobs main mot problems will be welding ( pictures in previous post)...

anybody any pictures/guides for the repair of these two below. they are a mot fail right? while i am at it, the mot failures? [ this is a fail?

my headlights have rust in them, mot time isnt far away and i think its a fail. looking for a set of d1, preface lift headlights. cheers

ive noticed when have the lights on, both the rear light and brake lights work off the same bulb.. any ideas what problem could be?

you might remember my other posts about blue smoke from 200 tdi, its using oil so its now obvious its burning oil... doing a few searches its probaly piston rings or worn bores? at a 187000 miles, is it worth repairing? or just running as long as it will go

disco had been parked up for a few days, fitted new discs and pads and went for a drive.. now the battery light is on for my 200 tdi disco 1 but doesnt seem as bright as the other red dash lights, i.e handbrake. fan belt is ok, battery is connected. ideas?

since fitting glow plugs the white smoke has gone when first started. now when first started it puts out blue smoke, once warmed up this clears, dont see any blue smoke unless the revs are held at 1500 rpm then it builds up quick into a small cloud, while holding the revs at 1500 its also had...

these seem really cheap, my local motor factor wants £45 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 1 200 & 300TDi GLOW PLUG SET, PRE HEATER PLUGS - ETC8847 | eBay worth buying or cheap crap? cheers
