I've been searching for the part pictured below thinking it was a choke, but ratty and Sean where good enough to point out its a hand throttle... so what Im after is the surround/housing not the cable.

I have looked all over the web and can't find any reference to the part Im after, so heres a picture showing what I need: Its not the choke cable itself Im after its the housing for the choke cable... I hope that makes sense.
