I need to replace my fuel pump (2 litre mpi ( shame:o) ) but do not know how to depressurise the fuel system , haynes book of lies does not cover the mpi injun , any advice would be helpful thanks

as it says , having just found some black holes behind mine i was thinking of leaving the trims off , and if the kids can get in and out , maybe the sidesteps off too . any advice ?

been stripping down today ready to the sills , no wonder the mot man wasn't liking me sills !:doh:

i am currently stripping out the carpets and seats etc ready for having the sills done , the other day when i removed the passenger side underlay i found it was soaking wet , today i have just started the drivers side and that is absolutely swimming , when i knelt on the carpet a poool of water...

corrosion on sills ( read fubar) rear arb ball joints rear brake pipe not secured to axle trailing arm bushes split not too bad really , how much would i expect to pay to get o/s and n/s sills done at a garage ? i haven't got a welderisor or the time to do myself really ...

i have a spare set of alloys i have bought off a mate that i want to refurb and stick on my motor in place of the crap corrorded ones that are currnetly on . i have cleaned em up and had em bead blasted ready for painting , now i need help .... i'm well aware of powder coating and anodising but...

i wanna fit a nato hitch to me disco 1 but still keep me original tow hitch aswell , i read somewhere that the nato hitch will fit higher up above the original ... me question is what the fook do i attach it to ? has i got to get a new bumper or can i get some kinda adapter plate or somethin ...

Hi to all i'm paul 37 married kids etc etc 1994 discovery 1 2litre mpi , had it 4 months love it ! don't know much about landrovers in general but am an engineer by trade so i know how to wrassle a spanner and swing a lump hammer when needed to .
