    Problems With 200tdi Conversion In My 90

    when the conversion was finished everything was fine apart from when i get to the top end of the gears i find that thereis a flat spot like the engine wants to give more but u cant go any quicker the top speed is 65mph flat out i have tried some sugestions like advanve/ retard the pump timing...

    flat spot on 200 tdi

    i have recently completed an disco 200 tdi engine conversion on my 90 that went well but the problem started when i first drove it after the conversion. when i accelerate up through the gears i get a flat spot near the top end of the gears and the max speed of my 90 has gone down to 60mph...

    does any one know how i would fit the 200tdi rad and intercooler to the 2.5td engine if anyone could help it would be apreciated cheers
