I use bearing boys for belts, reasonable prices and delivered on line, they also have a calculator on line ( i think) to work out what size you need.

Don't forget to lock down the bonnet as it don't take too much to put a 12v wire to the pump and overide the hidden switch.

What about welding some external lugs on the doors (as many as you like) and just padlock the hell out of it.

I think old brake linings had aspestos in, not sure but be carefull.

I did or still doing this conversion, without the gearbox change, another serious stripdown, best of luck not that easy to do especially getting the axles to work

Should have historic already on the V5, well it did with mine.

I think the problem may be which way is it twisted, is the rear leg up or down? when I rebuilt my chasis I raised it on blocks and used a spirit level to get it level that way it would give a better chance to see what has really happened to the chasis.
