I think the hand held radio's that one or two people have mentioned are the Binatone type which you can buy cheaply from Argos etc. They are ideal for vehicle to vehicle, or driver to winchman when laning. They won't be able to communicate with "proper" CB's.

Shouldn't be a problem as they are the correct size for the vehicle. Make sure you're running them at the right pressure and like already said you're not using the nuts that you took off the steel whels

Your tyre size shouldn't make much difference as the 225/75's have a diameter of 29.3 inches compared to the 29 inches of a standard 235/70, so your speedo should only be roughly 0.7 mile out at 60 mph

Hi all, new member on here.
Had Land Rovers for well over twenty years, ever since I bought a 1959 Series 2 and nearly cried on the way home because I couldn't believe I'd spent all my savings on it. Ten miles later and I loved it after I'd found a field to play in.
