Used a load of Silkaflex on mine today. I'd love to meet the bloke that fitted my sunroof. Boot in the baws for that man.

I think my D2 suffers overboost also. It accelerates well until 3500rpm and then there's a big jolt and a loss of power. It only last for a half a second but it's infuriating. Red plug is clean, new MAF fitted, no fault codes on Nanocom.

This thread is WAY above my head but I'll tell you what I do know. I unplugged my MAF today and took the car for a spin. Guess what? Yup, that's right. Bugger all difference.

Buy cheap, pay dear.

Oh man, I've got all this to look forward to. Deep joy.

MAF sensor fitted in seconds. Made a massive difference to the car. Manifold bolts on the EGR appear to have welded themselves to the car so my blanking kit has been put to one side for now.

Thanks. If its too much of a bugger, I'll leave it.

Well, I'm a total novice so I was just going on the comments above. I assumed that as I was grotting about the engine bay, I may as well do a bit of housework?

Cheers. Only noticed the date once I clicked the "reply" button.
