Fair do's fella, but tuning boxes in general, including digital ones still fool the ECU into doing what its told. I'm in no way knocking RoverRon or his devices, a mate of mine runs a BM with one of his box of tricks installed and loves it. Im just fussy in doing things the right way i suppose...

Do you know what a tuning box does mate??? It fools all the sensors to think the engine is colder than it is, hence more fuel being pumped in and more power. All that happens with a tuning box is your engine WILL eventually suffer with bore wash. If you think thats a win win situation then...

Could be a dodgy earth connection somewhere. If you can't be bothered to fiddle about,,,, then,, Auto electrician time i reckon, let him put a tester on it. That will flash up straight away.

£499 for the remap. Insurance was no extra as its only classed as stage 1 and i have a great insurer (Through the RS owners club) They insure all my vehicles. Mind you, me and the wife are both getting old now which helps! :hysterically_laughi
