I’m actually surprised at the response I’m getting from asking this question. I’m looking to convert it to m57 as I think it would be a far more reliable engine than the tdv6.

I’ve just bought a 2001 530d and I’d like to put the engine of it into a 2007 2.7 tdv6 discovery 3, I have seen videos of a disco 3 with the m57 in it, so I know it’s possible, has anyone on here down this conversion? Thanks.
