We just want to thank all that have posted, for your valued support :) We went back this afternoon, took a copy of the HPI report, and were given all our money back, for the disco and 12 mths tax. They told us they didn't even know it was a CAT D, surely this would have been on the log book...

Lol, did have 1 thing to ask: Of satisfactory quality. It must meet the standard a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, bearing in mind the way it was described, how much it cost, the make, the age, the history, the mileage, the intended usage of the car and any other relevant...

Makes us wonder what he paid for the disco, it was up at £4995 (we paid it :() after doing the HPI check, and putting the Chassis n.o in, its worth £4050, us taken for ****s or what! We should have done the HPI before we bought it, but we've never experienced this before, first time for...

Thank you so much Juicey. It was a hard decision to spend some of this money, but our two children, our son whom is autistic, with severe behaviour difficulties (whom we get the DLA for, and I get carers, as a constant carer for him) and our 7 yr old daughter love caravanning, it lights up...

What did you pick up from the site? We used some of our son's DLA money ( and my carers allowance) for this disco, so was a hard spend anyway, makes it even worse now :(
