to be honest it was to save me running loads of live wires back and forth on the disco.
+ve from bat in trim to the back via relay under the trim behind back window and door,
earth run from relay under roof lining to where the sun roof switch would be if i had one and on the the earth behind it

ok iv looked and cant find the answer!!
can i wire a relay with a switch on the coil earth pin 85 and run a fused battery cable to pin 30 and then spliced on to pin 86, pin87 out to two work lights? :confused:

diy snorkel fitted quite happy with it

ground out all the rust bubbles in the boot of the disco put in a wee bit of fiber glass and two coats of waxoil under the sound deadening they really are moisture traps!!!!! :eek:

timing belt and coolant changed

it's a safari "style" ???? iam just looking at others on there at the mo it seams to be the right size, it will probs pull down to 63mm ish :rolleyes

Hi guys,
random one, what diameter pipe do the steel snorkels have?
i have got a top of flea-bay and it seams really big(80mm)
i can get some pipe from work to make it up (75mm int dia) but is this too big, do you think it'll look s**t on a disco 1?

egr removed and timing belt on its way

engine,gear and tbox and diff oils changed (what a difference) and a good polish it could be that,than is making it run better!!! got a timing belt kit ordered

Fan belt ordered at lunch time,it came at 2 am i had it fitted by 2:30.
all the oils getting done tomorrow EGR kit ordered and i think ill get a timing kit ordered for next week :)

appart from one on a bus ;) unless you have a pcv lol
