Probably Defender 110s thats the usual upgrade on the front of Discos. I'am after a set for mine to give me more braking power for when I'am towing.

If you just want bigger calipers and pads on the front you can use Defender 110 front calipers. Was talking to a guy at the weekend who had put them on his Disco, said as long as you have the calipers with just the 1 brake pipe on each side they are a straight swop.:o

I bought some 75mm flexi arches for my disco, then thought they would be a bit to wide, so swapped them for my mates 50mm ones as he had just fitted some bigger tyres. when we took the 50mm ones off and fitted the 75mm ones all the original screw holes lined up, so I would think it would work...

Check the spill return pipes from the injectors, I had a similar problem and was told this could be the cause, these pipes can become very brittle and draw air into the system.
