Managed to fix it now thank you for replying.

No that's fine was the hose that goes to thermostat housing,had a hole in it. Looks like the hose that sits above its clip had been chafing it.

Yep that's the one, just got it off laying on engine working upside down, showing my butt crack off to all the neighbour's. Many thanks for your help really appreciated

Told you wrong,goes from rad to firewall to heater and t's off. Sorry. It's where the t is that's the problem as there are I think 2 other hoses and the wiring loom around it so you can't get any tools or your hand in to unclip it from I assume thermostat housing. Sorry if I'm not making myself...

No I haven't run the engine, not sure which hose it is,one from top of radiator that links up to header tank.
What do you have to remove to get to it?

Got afreelander kv6 and the top hose has blown on engine side of t connector. Spent last 2 days trying to figure out how you get in to release the quick connector from engine as theres no room to get your hand in. Searched everywhere for some info on how to do it.
Help me please......
