Yes I thought so I’m getting hardy any fuel coming out when I hand pump it as it’s probably on the wrong place on the cam, but when the engines running I’ve got plenty of fuel coming out

I’ve seen on here that you can fit the lift pump wrong side of the cam? I have just unbolted the old one and put the new one in and tighten it up is that correct?

No it’s just one unit sender is half way up the pick up pipe I’m going to start again tomorrow morning and go through everything SLOWLY ONE THING AT A TIME. 🤞🤞

Hi Steve yes I’ve replaced them one was a bit old but doesn’t seem to make a difference

Yes I’ve filled up the filter with fuel and it’ll run fine for a few minutes it’s like the lift pump is not working but I’ve taken it off the engine with the pipes still on hand pumping it with the cam arm fuel coming out of the pump no problem...

Hi Anaconda yes I’ve checked the solenoid all good It’s a brand new filter. I can only think it’s getting air in there some where. But with a full filter it will run fine until it drains the filter.
