Filled my TD5 Auto up last week, £100 for approx 80+ litres. I re-set the milometer at that time. Fuel warning light came on this week and I had covered 460 Miles. I'd have said 90% of that millage was on the motorway and under 70mph.

Looks like the sensors DO need to be calibrated after being replaced. Back end of my Disco is now on the floor and the compressor ain't pumping back up to required height, because I believe that the sensor is telling the ECU to let the air out as it thinks the Suspension is too high, when...

I got the same problem. Replaced the L/H sensor yesterday in the same way as described above and it run fine last night. My Wife just phoned to say that the back end is on the floor! It was fine this morning before I left for work. Any ideas chaps on what I need to do for repairs when I get home?

Hi Chaps, I noticed this weekend whilst towing the caravan that the Self Leveling Suspension light came on. After a few tests today, the light only comes on once the caravan is hitched up. No sign of the light when driving normally without the caravan. Any ideas where the problem could lay...

Hi Guys, Just to let you all know it was the Gearbox Selector Switch that was faulty. Done the job myself with a 10mm socket and a 13mm spanner and took approx half hour, without even Jacking her up and without the Land Rover aligning tool either. During that time I saved myself just over £100...

Is this normal for all TD5's? As I have noticed a quiet pumping sound sometimes when I turn the engine off, which seems to last for around a minute until it stops. However, if I open a door and then close it the noise stops...... I may add rear suspension has always stayed level to date.

Hi All, Finally got my TD5 but noticed this morning when I first started her up both the Sport & Manual Lights stayed on (Green). I switched the engine off & re-started, lights stayed out and everything was fine. Any ideas guys?

Apparently all fixed now as they have replaced a "Module"?
