You need a bonnet with a recess in it to facilitate the spare wheel. Look out for an old military one.

Fit it on one of the lower Bell Housing Bolts.

As Nathan said, you don't need that. Just throw it in your tool box.

Hi. I had the same problem with a new 109 tilt from Exmore. I phoned them and they advised me to pull the end straps as tight as passible. I did this over a few weeks and kept it wet. Sorted the problem and now fits perfect. Chris.

I had the same problem on my 1984 109 FFR. The problem was the Earth on the Dash. I removed the 2 Gauge's and cleaned the Earths. That solved the problem. My 109 does not have a Voltage Stabilizer fitted. Regards. Chris.

Hi. I have a 1984 109 FFR Petrol. I had much the same problem with mine over the Christmas. Checked all the usual stuff including the Indicator Stalk. I could not find the fault. Everything else was working including the Hazard's. I suspected it might be the Flasher Unit itself. I left...
