Unfortunately yes. I did know it was there, just didn't think this picture showed it. Not sure. There is no paint code stamped into the vin plate (I believe this is quite common?) so unsure of the exact colour.

Here are some pictures of the chassis before I started cleaning/waxoyl'ing: As you can see it wasn't too pretty but at least there wasn't any holes. I've wire brushed, cleaned and waxoyl'd the whole thing and it should keep me going for a while, then maybe in a few years I'll replace it...

The plan is chequer plate sills, they should be a bit stronger shouldn't they? I did fancy tree sliders but I've decided to get chequer plate wing tops so thought I'd continue the chequer plate theme. Good idea. I've used back-to-black on them but it fades over time. I'll try some boot polish...

thanks again guys 16s, although for some reason I think they look bigger I'd definitely recommend graphite or black wheels, it's really set it off I think. Keep it up on the chassis, mine was pretty red with surface rust but now it's all black :D Here is a picture of the latest repair...
