Hi I have a 1995 300TDi commercial, I have been having differculty changing into 4th for the past 100 miles. Im not sure what gearbox model it is, but is this a easy job to fix? Many thanks Callum

yes, belly/sills, same thing lol There is a just over 4 inch gap between tyre and wing (front) and about 5 inches (rear) tyres are 235's

MY AXELS DO NOT GROUND OUT!!! Pretty sure Ive said that about 4 times now. ONLY my belly and tail catch on obstacals :doh:

Found 1 inch spacers on ebay, listed as 25mm. The nose, belly and tail ground out on inclines and going over humps, axels would only ground out in a deep rutted track.

I know... its the chassis that scrapes, not the axels

For the added ground clearence really, my local stomping ground has lots of places that cause my disco to ground out

Ive got BFGoodrich A/T tyres on atm, seem to cope pretty well off-road, im not going to conqure massive drops and ruts etc, just light off roading really

I want both looks at off road ability, but mostly off road ability, Springs on there are 172K ones lol, but I think they are heavy duty ones as its a commercial disco
