    ACE conversion looking likely now,need advice

    I have just completed a complete repair of my ACE system. I have modified the valve block to hydraulic fittings, and now run 2 home made steel pipes and 4 hyraulic hoses. Very time comsuming, and not without its problems but final cost was about £250 all up.

    I bought a hawkeye direct from Bearmach, very helpfull people. It can do what you want, and when the upgrade comes out in a few weeks it will be free. The only thing is you will need a cable to go to the pc and a power source, which are extra. It also covers the petrol models and the auto box.

    I have found a supplier with the nanocom in stock, which is worse as I do have a choice.

    Can anyone please tell me what diagnostic device is the best. I am uncertain as to which to buy (nanocom or Hawkeye) Thanks in advance for all replies John
