looks like rear main cap its supposed to come out to remove the crank

it will need a rebore and new pistons to start with,worth pricing up ,unfortunately most engines will be worn unless already redone and priced accordingly unless your very lucky

nothing unless the bronze washer has worn to nothing a bits are jamming the steel washer

thats the trust washer it should slide along the shaft, if the 2 interlocks are sat between the selectors 2 shafts will have to be in neutral to move the 3rd
