    td4 2002 replacing 15" for 16" why dont fit ?

    anyone like a set of 4 16" alloys for freelander came off 1999 3 door but wont fit my 2002 5 door they foul the brake calipers any advice as the spacers from dealers are expensive And the steering lock seems very poor and the car slows down alot on full lock is this normal on freelanders ??
