I have spoken to a few people "who know" and it would seem that this one is dead in the water, so I shall be sticking to my petrol until someone comes up with a better idea. anybody want a vm diesel (cheap)? geoff

thanks for the encouragement , but as far as the tdi goes it's a case of no money for the landy, everything has to be cheap, made or free. so it's find out about the vm or stick with the petrol. wife doesn't see the value in landies!! geoff

hello again, I was here years ago, but now I'm back. I've still got my 109 ffr (which it now isn't. its 12v with all the army ****e took off ). it has a perfectly good 2.25 petrol in it, but and don't shout at me, will a vm engine from a rr go straight in or will I need adaptor plates etc...
