Yes schrader valve for aircon refill/ servicing etc , should be a second one somewhere

Identify there size and go to a fastener company, south Essex fasteners being one example

It’s not unknown for peeps to fit clutch plate the wrong way, lots of noises appear from that mistake

Perhaps just a poorly manufactured belt, or is this the latest of several?

I remember using two pack araldite years ago, it was never any more problem after that

If the dealer is worth their salt, they won’t release the car back to you “ticking”, it’s a 100+k luxury car ffs

Have you got a straight edge you can test the flatness of that flange with, and the flange on the manifold? Nuts need to be tight, but not monkey tight, or the aluminium can distort. ( but you know that)

Although not 180 degrees out, you can get it wrong so it fires on no.3 when you want it to fire on no.1, but I think you’re capable of overcoming that problem if it arises !
