There is no reason for it to be any worse than any other make !

But they are fantastic to drive, comfortable all day long, quick if you want it to be but also frugal, the only downside I have is the towbar is low for a tandem axle trailer, scratch that itch

Or your tow socket is full of crud and shorting out, or the wiring to it

Broken washer, or “o” ring missing on bleed screw, rubber seal damaged on filter, or cross threaded, or cracked filter head

I imagine the starter motor solenoid or the alternator has a dead short in it also

and where is it ?

I imagine all your piston ring gaps are in line
