Sorry its a 1999 TD5 and parked on slight incline. Had an oil leak last year and got everything changed with new parts etc and has done about 1,000 miles since then.

I haven't used the car for about 2 weeks and today I have found a massive amount of what looks like oil from the middle rear of car - it is still dripping and making mess of road! any ideas whats up?

Looks like it will be going to a garage - i'm at a complete loss

The earth is fine - but when i had a look underneath there is oil (which I guess is the ACE fluid) coming from the handbreak/gearbox area. Does anyone know if the ACE pipes are around that area?

I have no warning lights on tho - but went under the bonnet today to find the active cornering enhancement fluid is low - can this be the problem?

Many thanks for your replies - forgive my ignorance but why would it suddenly need an earth? is the handbrake wired up to the electrics?

As the title says, today my disco always cuts the engine off when I take the handbrake off. The car also cut out whlle driving and the whole dash went blank - it took a couple of minutes before I could start it again. Car starts OK and will happily sit there ticking along! Any ideas why this...

Ok now things are really wierd. There is now no leak (don't know how all the water disappeared) but I topped up the water on Sunday and Monday with clear water and today I checked and the water is now PINK! it was just water no anti freeze so how come the water has changed colour?

Hi there, I have yet another problem with my Disco!!! Really hate this bloody car, did a 20 mile round trip yesterday and on the way back by temp gauge went sky high. I pulled over to discover there was not water in the tank, it took 3 litres to fill but it got me home the last half mile...

Sorry guys should have mentioned it is a TD5 1999. Am i right in thinking that both the fuel pressure and fuel injector is at the back of engine (drivers side).

Many thanks - The fault is back engine at drivers side. Still waiting on mechanic to tell me which part I need. Think your probably right and will either need a fuel pressure or fuel injector.
