yes its the last bit there that has me worried . if i mess it up then i will lose the new key fob to the customer and not get paid . :( . i could arrange to "Try" and code the fob and see what options i have with the hawkeye hooked up to vehicle .

I know it has been covered alot but i can seen to find any posts that answer my question .
using my hawkeye i can code new keys with the tags . my question is will the old key that is currently being used still work ? does it also need coding in when coding the new key? will i need the tags...

well ive got the pulley sorted .. so the diff whines under acceleration at high speed 50 -70 mph . all other times its quiet ..

The diff is making a loud whine at high speed . and we have been in there already and changed all parts that we could source besides ring and pinion and the spider gear pins . we just dont want to mess with it again .

is your EGR still fitted ??? on the later td5 engines the EGR butterfly valve on the intake closes and causes this .

they were not preheating and one of the wires had broken of the connector completely . fitted four new plugs and repaired the wire / connector and it worked fine . not sure if the injectors pulsing or not .
using my hawkeye i can manually test fire the injectors , are you able to do the same ...
