I put a continuous healthy smear between the sunroof seal and bodywork just in case there was a pinhole that I couldn't see. It looks as though it's hardened and doesn't wash off. The water used to come in above the passenger visor and drivers B post but nothing has appeared since.

I had the same problem together with water on the seat belt - annoying when pulling the belt out without thinking and getting soaked! I'd read that vaseline around the sunroof seal would work. Gave it a shot and not had a problem since despite rain, snow, ice.

Sorted it. U clip on the air con pipe (I think) attached to bulkhead behind the block. Pulled straight off as the nut had obviously worked loose and dropped off leaving the thread to vibrate against the head causing the vibration/buzzing. Bliss.

I think Mike can set different levels of performance/consumption depending on your requirement so it's worth having a chat. If it's purely a financial benefit you're looking for then I suppose you need to calculate the 'payback'.

Hi Scott, I'm having the same problem. Only seem to do them for Disco 1. Is this down to the design of the 2's front end being too low for recovery points? I'll keep 'em peeled and let you know if I come across anything. Dave

Hi all, '53 TD5 has buzzed since owned (7 months). Only happens under load and appears to come from the dash area. Garage attempted to fix but broke the windscreen while trying to get at the bulkhead. Don't know how and didn't hang around to ask. I'm convinced that it's on the engine side...
