    What a totally ****e ****e ****e day I have had Car 10 mins from home over heats... AA did a pressure and a liquid test and there is CO2 in coolant, so confirm it is Head Gaskets. Do not have the cash, will, or energy to get this fixed Car has only done 99, 800 miles, full leather, FSH, LPG...

    Interesting mine has a loud whine on start up sometimes as well... Same thing? However when I turn it off and then on again it goes. Hope water pump sorts it

    Working through same issues today myself. Could you have a air lock in the system ? Others then have suggested issues with water pump or clogged up radiator. I am going to flush coolant and fill it back up to see whether that helps with mine. Good luck

    Many thanks for your advice. Interestingly I was looking at how to get rid of air locks... thought I would start simple. I started the engine and the removed the coolant screw cap. I gave the pipes a squeeze ( unsure why .. ) I then took it around the block... 5 to 10 mins and then returned and...
