    if you know anyone with a t300 i got the eka code and programed 3 fobs to the car if any one around northants ever wants them doing it only takes 3 mins to do and no charge thats for the 2 button fob not foumd out how to do the pectron ones yet Ron

    i found when i did mine white spirit did the trick as it comes out with the silicon it evaporates so you can then measure how much to put back as to the silicon to buy i will try and find it if you are replacing with the 30000 nearly forgot i use compressed air to force the spirit in the vcu...

    as above very simple then get that k-seal out of the system i have seen on other forums of it over time if left in clogging the jiggle valves Ron

    with me it was trial and error i drilled the holes removed x amount and replaced with pure silicon oil it takes some miles for it to mix in then the wheel up test if that fails you have to remove more and add more oil each vcu will be different so its at your own risk as was said on another...

    cant promise i will get it done but if i get time tues i will open one up and measure how much fluid is inside i found that if i mix white spirit with the old silicon over 24hrs it all evaporates so i could in theory clean one out with white spirit leave over 24hrs and see what is left this may...

    its not something i would like to try in case it causes a blockage it would be at your own risk evan though you have changed the oil filter if there was so much gunk in the engine its worth fitting another as it may well be clogged up again Ron

    any good cleaner will do i used a jet wash on my sump in and out once its all done and clean if the car is running ok then use an engine flush for upto 100 miles i had mine in with new oil and flush for 200 miles have you had the rocker cover off to check that oil is getting to the cams also...

    if the oil was lumpy i would have the sump off and clean the pick up filter and clean out the sump as you could well have a blockage and no engine flush is going to remove that Ron

    i would look into it if i was you as insurance may be involved would it not be better to hire a trailer or transporter lots of them around for self drive hire Ron
