How did you do it where it meets? Repair the inside then the outside and weld just the underside? If you know what I mean?

Mine had holes high and low... The low one was easy enough, but the top one was right where the bulkhead met the inner wing. Managed to weld it up, but was so relieved to be finished I forgot to take pictures. Relieved as in, loads of smoke...

Have you had the plastic plenum covers off underneath the wipers and checked the plenum and the seal around the heater intake.

After going thru all of the above, and replacing the windscreen, taking off the wing and welding the seam up in front of the A pillar, and replacing the door aperture seals, I found it was tracking round the inside of the aperture seals and then...

So I found out I had water ingress into the passenger footwell! It was quite a substantial amount of water. Immediately I stripped the fully sodden carpet out, so that's the seat and centre console out too. The carpet took 1.5 weeks to fully dry...
