Thanks! I have completely cut the carpet and foam backing from around the evaporator unit and then enlarged the hole in the underpad? (material under the carpet) that the drain goes through. I am going to run the A/C tomorrow to see what happens. Carpet is out so I don't care if anything leaks...

Does the air conditioning drain hose (drains water from evap unit) extend through the bulkhead and is it accessed through the engine compartment? I have the water on the passenger side floorwell and it is not from the sunroof drains, the front window or roof. It does not appear to come from...
