    Fixed the cruise control for the last time i hope ! Replaced the constantly cracking old vacuum hose,with nice new hose.

    Abs sensor removal

    I squirted plusgas every other day for 2 weeks on my front abs sensor's, and they came out easily when needed. Happy days !

    Alphaline Battery's

    Big thumbs up to Battery Megastore :clap2: Ordered the biggest battery from them for my p38 (mf31-1000) yesterday afternoon, and it was delivered at 9.30 this morning. I was a bit worried about it being 40mm taller than the battery in it,but it fitted just fine. And the + & - leads still...

    Changed the oil and filter on mine yesterday. Nice to work on a vehicle where its nice and easy to get at the filter :D Oh,and gave it a wash to :bounce:

    Well took my 4.6 for its mot today, and its passed again.:D I see this year the latest style mot's have the last four years mileage's printed on them,in an attempt to avoid clocking i guess !

    reliable p38

    Had my 4.6 p38 for nearly 3 years now,and so far the lpg has worked fine :D And its the single point conversion. I would say spend a bit more and buy a p38 with no current problems,than buy a fixer upper. Its easier to maintain a good one,than spend hours chasing faults ;)

    One of those days !

    Had to change the water hose from the thermostat to water pump today. Should have been simple enough i thought :rolleyes: Whip the rad shroud off top,take fan off with new ebay fan spanner,then its easy access to the hose and clips. Wrong ! New fan spanner rounds off in seconds :mad: Then...

    My advice would be to photo and measure each step you do,it sure helped me. In photo 2 you see i dabbed yellow paint,that was if i remember rightly what controls your pedal free play/distance travel.Not to be adjusted just because of spongey brakes,thats air still in system. I had to bleed...
