If your near me I'll sell you a complete 300 disco with 2 inch lift winch bumper and good running gear for 550 . it just needs a bit of welding to the body but I'm not fixing it . I hate disco's

Check out RSB rock sliders . they make all sorts and its always really good stuff and little money .

If you dog the clamp up tight it should seal it spot on but it might not do the flexi any good in the long run

Does it have a boost leak . egr jammed up . turbo seals failed . or has the diesel turned to cheese lol

I have a 300 disco with about 6 months test . its a met red 3 door non sun roof model . its had new inner and outer sills . boot floor and rear body mounts . new head water pump and cam belt drives well and does what its supposed to do 1000 ono pm me if your interested

I would put my money on injector seals . air gets forced out of the chamber and into the fuel system and after a while the pump can't cope with it . put a set of genuine washers and seals in it and I'll be surprised if that doesn't fix it unless its killed the new pump . make sure injector seats...

Some hero had filled the gearbox on my 02 plate defender with ep90 before I got it . stiff gear change and shagged synchro on 2nd . its on atf now but the damage is done . isn't getting worse though

I was always told the vernier style pulley was for getting even tension when changing the belt and then for getting the engine to run the best you can afterwards . I always work on the rule of retard em slightly from when they knock . they seem to run smooth and have plenty of power doing it...

Try Ian Dixon at rsb . he breaks a few old landys and makes a lot of rock sliders and winch bumpers . he's just near croft circuit and he usually really cheap
