Had a problem starting herselfs 02 TD4 so We put it in to the local mechanic who said it was a fuel pump. already replaced one three years earlier, symptoms sounded the same so a fair guess I thought.
When the new pump was fitted the SRS light came on. Our mechanic said his diagnostic machine couldnt get in so we needed to take it to landrover.

However the amount of interference to overcome sound's a lot, depends how the non metallic bushes react. We use nitrogen on metallic bushes all the time.
