I think I have a bit of a problem with the 110. Yesterday was MOT day and when I picked it up they told me that it had passed and there are no advisories..... from a reputable garage that loves taking your money too..

Anyone else with similar problems? I'm expecting catastrophic failure any time!

Difficult to say without more info but I suspect you've not been taking it apart to improve it much recently.

In my experience this can lead to a excess of unsnapped studs and original parts that actually fit and work as intended.

My advice would be to get to work with a large pair of mole grips, a hammer and a grinder before it's too late.

They normally keep pretty well if you don't drive 'em .. :)

Hmm think i would take it somewhere else for second opinion. ;)

"No advisories" you are pulling our legs, its never been known before surely, definately something wrong there, get rid of it now while you have a chance, Quick. Starting to worry about mine now. MOT due September.

It isn't unknown. My Ninety MOTed with no advisories in August, and has done most years since 2009. Sometimes they give it one, wooden floor fitted in rear.
This is because there is a plywood sheet fitted in the rear loadspace, on top of the alloy floor.
Many testers like to give an advisory, just so VOSA, who can monitor the tests live on their system, can see the tester is trying.

Last year when i had my 110 M O Td i had an advisory saying Tyre sidewalls showing signs of cracking.
Since then i have had a new set of tyres.
This year i had an advisory tyres showing signs of excessive tread.
So it seems an advisory on Land rovers is compulsory. ;)

Thats my worry, last year it gave me one on tyre sidewall scuffed and valve rubbers cracks, I have just had 4 new tyres and valves fitted yesterday. God whats he going to find now. The stress is killing me, even worse what do I do if I dont get any, what then, what do I do, I cant go on like this.
