Could someone please let me now if there is an easy to follow 'how to' to change the rear window regulator and motor on my freelander 1 soft top.

Thanks Hippo, much appreciated. That all seems simple enough to follow. Just one more quick question, my window is stuck in the up position, is there any way to manually lower it so I can follow the instructions as is?

Not had to do this fix myself (yet) but I assume once you have the door card off you will be able to lower the wondow somehow. If not by turning the motor... a little fiddle with it perhaps.
 
I've just been out in it and has done the miracle fix that I have read about on here before, window now works fine! Will still change the regulator this weekend.
