Great!. Even with special freight its a lot cheaper than i can get it here in Norway. I was quoted around 600£ for a heated windscreen here in Norway. Before fitting

Beta v1.1 of air intake . 2.75" intake, 2" inch boost between IC out and Manifold inlet



Some adjustments need to be done:
-Intake pipe is not leveled
-Need some fixings to intake manifold and vibration isolators.
-Lower pipe need to be placed (turbocharger -> IC inlet)
-EGR removing (it's disabled but need to buy a flange with boost gauge connection)
-A lot of engine bay cleaning.

Results are nice . 2.1 Bar boost, very limited turbo lag

Wow that looks awesome! What's the extra T Bolt on the lower right hand side for?

There is small joiner there cos pipe is to short for about 8cm.
Need to buy 180* silicone with longer "legs" or a little bit longer pipe.

Another odd question .... What's the badge next to the Td4 badge on the boot??

This is "ROCK" badge, one of few LR's editions (accesories set ect.) There were few limited editions like Kalahari, Magellan, Black Spirit ect.
On the new boot - i don't know what is this. remove it and put proper badge

Was this leak caused by the copper washer that seal the injector to the head?

Or was the actual injector leaking somewhere?

Was it just the 1 injector that was at fault...I have the same problem and need to sort it sometime...[emoji2]

Got all 3 pipes done - no more crap land rover pipes. Just waiting for new intake manifold flange.
Bulkhead insulation is refurbished and looks good now.


A/C lines polished to match intake, fuel lines simmilar.
Need to order new expansion tanks, caps and oil dipstick - it's impossible to clean those

Are you going to install egr blank?

Are you still using standard air filter?

Egr is disabled now, my new flange between pipe and manifold is travelling across Europe. . EGR will be totally removed.

Filter will be replaced with high flow, need to wait for it because all filters that I can source locally are oiled - MAF don't like oil filters.

Badge on engine is AC Schnitzer - an German tuning company, they tune this unit few years ago.
