Hi everybody. I have a set of Oz Enkei wheels fitted to my Freelander rally car. I've not used them with the car yet due to the fact I'm not happy with the fact my standard Freelander wheel nuts are tapered and the Oz wheels call for a flat seated nut. I know these wheels are usually fitted to Mitsubishi Evo 4's but I bought them from a Freelander owner who had them on his 2004MY Freelander for 2 years.
Anyone out there recommend a nut that will fit ?
Regards..........
Ian

FFS have ya thought of going to halfords or an alloy wheel specialists and asking them to sell you a set.

It int fooking rocket science. FFS

 In the same way you assume I've not done any of the above, I also assumed that it would be assumed that I would have already gone down the obvious routes.
From now on I'll not be assuming anything......................:p
Yes I did also check the old threads but couldn't find what I was looking for as they just refer to "checking with a specialist". I've done that and have met with no success. It seems when I mention the word Freelander, they switch off or suck through their teeth. "nah mate, can't help".However, I'm waiting on a reply from one who has promised to call me back.
I just thought someone on here may have the answer after fitting such nuts to their Freelander. Maybe a part no. or something.............

nothing special any place the sells tyres and wheels will have them

So it's not so simple. Have spoken to more alloy wheel dealers today, none of whom could give me a definitive answer. MisteR Tee says he'll make enquiries.............
